Built in a beautiful, rolling 12-hectare resort, it features houses and apartments in a traditional Normandy style.

The village comprises 8 pedestrian areas:
- The Garden Club area features bungalows with terraces and spreads out from the centre of the Holiday Village where the reception, bar, restaurant, mini-market and water parks are located.
- The Pommeraie area is located near the entrance to the Holiday Village . It comprises the "Superior" range duplex houses with lovely façades and wooden terraces.
- The Hameau area has been recently renovated and offers apartments with a balcony or loggia and open views of the Normandy woodland.
- The Côte Fleurie and Côte de Nacre, Pays d'Auge, Bessin and Bocage areas offer semi-detached houses with gardens and terraces overlooking the Normandy woodland (except for the Bocage area which has large balconies).

You will also find a mini-market and speciality restaurant on site.

The water park comprises an indoor pool and heated outdoor pool, and the Holiday Village also has a sauna and a hammam.
